Professional Search Network (PSN) is growing and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our team.

\n

This is an opportunity to take your recruiting experience and build a highly rewarding career with a competitive base salary + lucrative commission plan, and plenty of opportunity to increase your earnings. The weekly schedule is 1 day in-office & 4 days remote.

Overview of Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Recruit, screen and interview candidates for temporary, consulting and direct-hire opportunities
\n
• Build and maintain a strong network of talented professionals
\n
• Match qualified candidates with opportunities that fit their skills, experience and career goals
\n
• Collaborate with our sales team to generate additional opportunities for your recruiting desk
\n
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and consultants throughout the hiring process
\n
• Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business, referrals and placements
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Minimum of 2+ years of staffing, recruiting or talent acquisition experience
\n
• Temporary staffing and/or consulting experience strongly preferred
\n
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, constantly changing recruiting environment
\n
• Experience recruiting for corporate, white-collar positions
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Self-motivated, competitive and driven by results
\n
• A positive attitude and a good sense of humor
\n
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
\n
