What you'll bring:

• Active SLP license; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
• CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility) strongly preferred
• School-based experience or familiarity with educational SLP practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based assessment and therapy
• Passion for making a positive impact in early childhood settings

What you'll do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for daycare-aged children
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to maximize student success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Provide engaging, effective interventions suited to unique student needs
• Stay current with best practices in school-based SLP
