What we’re seeking:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license; candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
• Experience with or passion for working within school or daycare environments
• Familiarity with relevant assessment, intervention, and documentation processes for students ages 0-5
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to liaise with parents, teachers, and caregivers
• Ability to manage a caseload of 36-40 young children with diverse speech and language needs
• Flexibility and reliability for a full-time, onsite schedule

Role responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct intervention services
• Collaborating closely with other educational professionals and family members to track progress and adapt strategies
• Maintaining thorough records and compliance with state and federal special education guidelines
• Providing guidance, training, and resources for caregivers and staff to support communication goals
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive, supportive atmosphere
