Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure products meet internal standards and customer specifications. Supervise quality technicians and inspectors, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback. Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with production, engineering, and compliance teams to maintain consistent product quality. Maintain and audit documentation for quality procedures, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
