This shall be carried out in accordance with all state/federal laws, Joint Commission Standards, and hospital/departmental policies and procedures. The Staff Pharmacist verifies/proposes medication orders in electronic health record. Qualifications Education Minimum : Graduate of an AACP accredited school of Pharmacy preferred Experience/Qualifications: One year of hospital pharmacy experience in unit dose and IV admixture preferred ü Good communication skills and ability to relate effectively to hospital staff, department heads, administration and medical staff Required Certification / Licensure / Registration: Current & Valid Florida License as Registered Pharmacist
