Assurance Experienced Associate – Commercial Services Group Opportunity ID: 9549 Department: Assurance | Location: Parsippany, New Jersey | Function: Audit Your Role This role supports our Commercial Services Industry Group and focuses on client engagements within the real estate industry. Responsibilities Lead specific client accounts as the engagement lead Plan, execute, and deliver pre‑engagement, engagement, and final deliverables Develop detailed work plans, budgets, and schedules Participate actively in proposals Manage a team of staff associates and interns, providing performance coaching and feedback Maintain strong client communication and leadership to earn respect and confidence Your Experience At least 2 years of experience at a public accounting firm Industry experience is required CHAMP SEC & PCAOB experience required Bachelor’s degree required CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Compensation In New Jersey, salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000.
