Phlebotomist w/ Testing – PAML Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions and seeks a Phlebotomist to join our team in Woodburn, OR. Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday 10:00am – 7:00pm; Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Operate moderately complex testing as defined by CLIA. Enter patient data accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: 3+ months of phlebotomy experience. Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency (in lieu of experience). Must pass a standardized color blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Can work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
