Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license in Washington State, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and observations to identify speech and language needs
- Develop therapy plans and implement individualized interventions for students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support student progress
- Document services, maintain thorough records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all students
