Call Center Representative

Description We are looking for a new team member for Sullivan Tire Retail Resource Center in Taunton, MA. The role is in person at our Taunton, MA office* and involves supporting 80+ retail stores with scheduling appointments, providing tires and service, and delivering logistics, problem‑solving, and product purchasing solutions. Responsibilities Work directly with retail locations to book appointments for tires and services Answer incoming phone calls while providing high‑quality customer service Handle a high volume of internet communication, including e‑mails and live chats Develop and maintain effective sales practices Handle customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively Build and maintain relationships with team members, co‑workers from other divisions, and customers Constantly strive to find new and inventive ways to improve the company Take on new and innovative projects outside standard responsibilities when needed Requirements Strong customer service focus Creative, open‑minded, and resourceful Passionate, enthusiastic, and determined Active listening skills Maintain a flexible schedule (some weekends required) Tire/automotive knowledge preferred Strong written & oral communication skills and grammar Punctual Retail and/or customer service experience preferred Benefits Health Insurance – Medical, Vision, and Dental Life and Disability Insurance Paid Holidays, Personal Time, and Vacation Time Discounted Services Employee Owned!
