MedWise exists to use empathy as a driver of improved patient care. MedWise Medical Assistants serve a pivotal role in generating a positive patient experience through initiating exams, assisting with procedures, performing lab testing and coordinating the patient's movement through the phases of care within the clinic.

This role can be part time or full time and is open to emergency medical technicians (EMTs), paramedics, radiology technicians, nursing students, and certified/registered medical assistants.

Prefer 6 months of medical experience.

Requirements..

Must be either certified or ACTIVELY in the process of receiving your certification through an accredited entity.

Relevant skills include: injections, blood draws, medical intakes, operation of basic laboratory equipment, and radiography. Training is available upon hire. Full time employees are eligible for excellent corporate benefits. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Salary: $16.67 - $19.50 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
