Location Franklin, NJ: 45 Mitchell Avenue, 07416 Position Overview Account Executive – Full time, Regular – Salary $36,000–$45,000 plus commissions What You’ll Do As an Account Executive at iHeart, you will learn our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, consistent cold calling and research, and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. You will collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data. What You’ll Need Self‑motivated go‑getter with excellent relationship building, problem‑solving and persuasive communication skills. Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable with cold calling and outreach for lead generation. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and high school diploma (college degree preferred). Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and social networking platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills. Digital/Media Sales experience a plus. Organizational ability to prioritize day‑to‑day tasks. Nice‑to‑have: experience managing multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, audio advertising background, and market connections. What You’ll Bring Respect for others and belief in mutual respect.
