Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor RN Lynchburg, VA. This position involves working on a med surg unit with a focus on diabetic renal care. The RN will be responsible for patient care in a dynamic, teaching hospital environment, supporting students and new hires. Prior travel experience is required, and the role includes charge nurse responsibilities with appropriate pay differentials and training. The position requires flexibility to meet the units schedule needs.

• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in the relevant specialty; active VA or Compact license at time of submission; BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred; travel experience is required
• Preferred Qualifications: Teaching hospital experience and charge nurse experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Orientation occurs every other Monday with a 2-3 week orientation period; assignments end on Saturday; limited RTO opportunities; client can cancel up to 36 hours prior due to census fluctuations; all RTO requests must be included in the submission packet.
