We are a multi-generational congregation with a blended worship style, with an average in-person attendance of 200–250. Our church is blessed with excellent facilities, including a full gymnasium, and in early 2026 we completed a major addition, including a gathering space, nursery, security room, and additional restrooms. This expansion was completed without incurring debt. Our middle and high school ministries include 30–50 active students supported by a strong volunteer team. About the Position Position Description The Associate Minister will serve as part of the church’s teaching and leadership team, providing oversight for small group discipleship ministries and student ministries while participating in the preaching team, filling the pulpit approximately one Sunday per month. This role also includes working closely with the Lead Pastor.
