Work Environment

This position requires working onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, where our team collaborates to maximize patient outcomes through evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough evaluations for patients referred by physicians to determine physical therapy needs.
• Designing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment programs based on evidence-based protocols.
• Utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach with the clinical team to enhance patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive care.
• Providing skilled, therapeutic care that adheres to the physician's plan of care, fostering improvements in patients' conditions and functionalities.
• Educating patients and their families about their conditions, effective treatments, and engaging in training that empowers them in their recovery journey.
• Maintaining a strong focus on customer service, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns to create a positive experience for patients.
• Achieving minimum utilization goals and contributing to overarching business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Collier, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population. This includes individuals requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, neurologic interventions, and sports medicine recovery programs. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and preparedness in emergency situations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and patient management.
• A genuine desire to establish meaningful connections with patients to help them realize and exceed their functional goals.
• A proactive attitude towards developing relationships within the community to further enhance patient engagement and support.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
