First American is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Title Underwriting team in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on underwriting real estate title commitments and policies, with guidance across personnel and clients to ensure compliance with underwriting standards.
The ideal candidate will hold a Law Degree, be admitted to practice in the hiring state, possess 5–7 years of title underwriting experience, and be familiar with real estate law.
