The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and develop schedules.
• Troubleshoot complex machinery malfunctions using technical manuals and schematics.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Vocational training or an associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics).
• 3+ years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
