You are a great fit for the Assistant General Manager in Training position if you: Bring proven leadership experience —at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment. Understand high-volume retail or service operations, including how to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Take initiative and lead by example, modeling our values while driving performance, motivation, and accountability on your team. Excel at coaching and developing others, giving clear feedback, building confidence, and helping team members grow into new responsibilities.
