Job Title: Senior Director, Laboratory Operations Management
Location: Atlanta, GA 
Salary: $183,700 – $270,100/year
Relocation: Available

Job Summary
We are seeking a **Senior Director, Laboratory Operations Management** to lead clinical laboratory operations across multiple teams and departments. This role will oversee laboratory leaders, quality, compliance, accreditation, staffing, and operational performance within a large healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead laboratory managers and multiple clinical laboratory teams.
* Oversee daily laboratory operations, staffing, budgets, and performance.
* Manage **CAP/CLIA accreditation and regulatory compliance**.
* Oversee proficiency testing, quality assurance, and process improvement.
* Maintain clinical laboratory testing competency and training standards.
* Evaluate laboratory testing methodologies, processes, and technology.
* Partner with labor management, healthcare teams, and public health agencies.
* Lead regional and national laboratory initiatives and strategic projects.

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of healthcare/laboratory leadership experience.
* Experience **leading managers or other leaders**.
* Clinical laboratory operations and bench work experience.
* Strong **CAP/CLIA accreditation** experience.
* Proficiency testing oversight experience.
* Experience managing credentialed medical laboratory staff.
* Experience with laboratory test methodology evaluation.
* Large healthcare/enterprise experience.
* Master's degree in Laboratory Science, Healthcare, Operations, Leadership, or related field.

Preferred:  Experience with a large healthcare system such as Emory Healthcare.
