Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.21 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees at a technology data center by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and support established entry and exit procedures for the facility. Conduct regular and random patrols of data center buildings, perimeter areas, parking locations, access points, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and communicating observations to appropriate personnel. Document patrol activities, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately, and maintain professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
