RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safety audits
• Set goals for performance and deadlines
• Using Continuous Improvement tools
• Planning and implementation of productivity, equipment or process improvement efforts
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Manage all manufacturing processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma
• 5 plus years of Production Management experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Manager Logistics, production, maintenance, engineering and warehousing
• Previous experience/best practices implementing and using continuous improvement/lean tools such as; Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, etc. to drive improvement.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• ERP/MRP experience
• Inventory
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
