Core Duties Configure and run CNC equipment to manufacture parts that align with precise design requirements. Analyze and translate technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files into finished products. Execute regular equipment upkeep to help maximize machine longevity and uptime. Oversee manufacturing cycles, performing necessary tweaks to ensure consistent output quality. Verify the integrity of completed components to help maintain our high standards for quality assurance. Work alongside colleagues to refine production workflows and boost overall operational efficiency. Keep the workspace tidy and orderly to help foster a secure and safe environment for all staff. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or equivalent; a technical machining certification or degree is a plus. Demonstrated background working as a CNC Machinist or in a comparable capacity. Skilled at deciphering and utilizing technical blueprints and documentation. Solid grasp of CNC operational procedures and programming logic. Capable of utilizing precision measurement instrumentation and related gear. Sharp eye for detail combined with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Effective interpersonal skills and the capacity to thrive within a collaborative team setting.
