The Opportunity As part of the Operations Consulting team, you will lead initiatives to enhance healthcare provider operations, guide teams in managing client service accounts, and cultivate meaningful client relationships. The role requires a profound understanding of healthcare provider operations, including physician practice finances and regulatory changes, to drive successful client engagements and refine healthcare models. What Sets You Apart Master's Degree preferred. Certifications preferred: EpicCare Inpatient, Clinical Documentation, Orders, Order Transmittal, OpTime, ASAP, and Healthy Planet. Excelling in healthcare provider physician practice operations. Developing care coordination frameworks for improved outcomes. Designing clinical and quality aspects of health models. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
