AirStrip Technologies is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join our Shared Services group. The role is remote within the United States, with periodic travel to Dallas or Los Angeles as needed.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate complex commercial, software licensing, SaaS, and services agreements in HIT, healthcare and life sciences environments. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will collaborate with other attorneys to ensure timely delivery, maintain compliance
