We have partnered with one of our BEST clients to locate a top-notch candidate that has a combination of AR experience to include payment posting, research and resolution. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced department. Responsibilities:

• Post payments, ACH and Checks
• Create and send invoices
• Post Debits and credits as needed
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing and sales to evaluate client accounts
• Responsible to reconcile customer accounts

Qualifications:

• One plus years of AR payment posting or cash applications in a corporate or banking environment
• Excellent balancing and reconciliations skills
• Fast and accurate 10 key and data entry
• Team-player attitude

Pay Details: $48,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
