These leaders will be highly present in the operation, developing Shift Leaders, supporting Team Members, and ensuring every shift is positioned to serve our guests with excellence.The General Manager consistently demonstrates our Core Values, protects and strengthens our culture, and leads with humility, ownership, and excellence.
