Market St. Louisville, KY 40202 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Job Description Summary: Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for consulting with leadership within the organization to attract and hire top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a significant role in finding, attracting, and hiring top talent for the various practice and administrative groups in the Louisville area. This position exists to deliver high level customer service to staff, management, vendors and applicants. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide a variety of human resource services and coordinate the timely, efficient and effective delivery of human resource programs. Additional Job Description: UofL Health is a fully integrated regional academic health system with nine hospitals, four medical centers, Brown Cancer Center, Eye Institute, nearly 200 physician practice locations and more than 1,000 providers in Louisville and the surrounding counties, including southern Indiana. Additional access to UofL Health is provided through a partnership with Carroll County Memorial Hospital.
