Recruitment CoordinatorThe Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the full-cycle recruiting process by providing administrative, sourcing, and candidate experience support. This position partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure a seamless hiring process from requisition approval through onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.Character Qualifications:Innovation – We create a culture of relentless improvement of solutions and processes to make every day better.Integrity – We are open, honest, and committed to giving the straight story every time.Service - We serve our clients, families, communities, and most importantly our people who are empowered and safe in making decisions and taking actions that dare to make us better.Ownership - We take full, personal, individual responsibility for our actions and our work.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Recruiting CoordinationReview and maintain applications and resumes.Conduct first-level debrief conversations following hiring manager phone screens.Schedule each stage of the interview process and hiring team debrief meetings.Send assessment tools (such as Caliper assessments) to candidates and distribute results to interview teams.Coordinate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional interview teams.Record and document interview feedback and discussion points during panel debrief sessions.Coordinate candidate travel arrangements for onsite interviews when required.Candidate SourcingSearch for and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.Conduct candidate outreach and recruitment via LinkedIn messaging.Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Job Posting & Requisition ManagementCreate, post, and update job openings within SuccessFactors (TSM).Manage and track requisitions through the internal approval process.Maintain accurate job posting content and ensure postings align with recruitment priorities.Post internship and co-op opportunities on university platforms such as Cardinal Careers and Handshake.Offer & Pre-Employment AdministrationPrepare and distribute offer letters, benefit information, and offer packages.Coordinate offer approval and acceptance workflows.Schedule and monitor background checks and pre-employment drug screenings.University Relations & Recruitment EventsRegister for career fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.Participate in university recruiting initiatives and campus outreach activities.The above is intended to describe the general content of and the requirements for the performance of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education & ExperienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.1-3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, talent acquisition, or administrative support experience.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skills.Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.Strong customer service mindset with a focus on candidate experience.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
