Overview:
- The Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP and enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring successful execution across multiple functional and technical workstreams.
- This role drives planning, scope, estimation, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination while partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- The Delivery Lead provides overall governance, manages dependencies, resolves issues, and ensures high-quality delivery from solution design through deployment and hypercare.
- Nexus Demand Delivery Team supporting SAP Supply Chain initiatives across North America.
- Manages intake, planning, and delivery of SAP enhancements and strategic business initiatives across multiple functional areas.
- Add a Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end execution of the Nexus demand portfolio and ensure successful project delivery.
- Growing demand and increasing project complexity require additional delivery leadership to improve execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead delivery of the Nexus demand portfolio, manage project planning and execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks and dependencies, facilitate stakeholder communications, and ensure timely delivery of business initiatives.
- High Collaborates daily with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, project managers, architects, system integrators, and leadership to drive delivery and resolve issues.
- Fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional environment supporting multiple concurrent initiatives. Requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities while working with global teams.

- High visibility role with broad cross-functional exposure, ownership of end-to-end delivery, and direct engagement with business and IT leadership.
- Develop expertise in enterprise SAP delivery, portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership while driving strategic business outcomes.
- 8 years of relevant SAP/enterprise application delivery experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional project delivery or managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in SAP or large-scale enterprise transformation environments.
