RN/LPN Charge Nurse 2nd and 3rd Shifts ($7,000 Retention Bonus)

Overview Piper Shores is Maine’s premier nonprofit continuing care retirement community, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing Care for our residents with a person‑centered approach to care. RNs/LPNs serve in our 40‑bed Skilled Nursing (Nursing Home), which is top‑rated by the U.S. News & World Report and is a nationally recognized 5‑star facility by CMS. We offer excellent staff‑to‑resident ratios and a clean, safe, and friendly work environment. Schedule Monday - Friday 2 p‑10 p or 10 p‑6 a. Retention bonus of $7,000. Responsibilities Provides compassionate care to residents in the Skilled Nursing (Nursing Home) neighborhood Responds to emergency calls and provides care as needed Communicates changes to resident health or vitals with DON and/or Physician Serves as a positive role model for C.N.A. and other clinical staff members Completes required documentation and ensures compliance with CMS, CDC and Piper Shores standards of care.
