About the role Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales and services priorities and works with sales and services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's Sales and Services teams, which delivers approximately $5.3B in annual business and technology insights revenue. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support global Sales and Services teams comprising nearly 9,000 associates and which sell to and service every major function across the enterprise. What you will do Support the regional Marketing Associate Director and team in executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to help drive firm revenue growth. Assist in coordinating and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns and content marketing programs aimed at generating leads and supporting sales efforts. Work with centralized centers of excellence to help ensure smooth execution of assigned marketing activities. Gather and organize input from product, Business and Technology Insights (BTI), and sales teams to help inform campaign messaging and tactics. Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and distribute campaign content. Draft clear, concise marketing messages and content, ensuring consistency across channels and formats.
