Real Estate Attorney - Transactions/Finance

Real Estate Attorney – Transactions/Finance Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking experienced attorneys to join their growing Real Estate teams in both their Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky locations. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience representing public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning and real estate development matters. This position will require experience with property due diligence, title and survey review, working with title companies, and interpreting local codes and ordinances. A history of representing both borrowers and large financial institutions in complex real estate finance transactions, a plus. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments. Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package.
