If you’re ready to bring your talent to a team shaping the future of entertainment, your next big move starts here - Overview We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support gaming and loyalty equipment across multiple customer sites in central and south-central Oklahoma. This is a field-based role where you’ll primarily work out of Riverwind Casino while also traveling within your assigned territory to support additional locations as needed. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical expert and customer partner.What You'll Do Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment, ensuring optimal performance Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, including root cause analysis Perform preventative maintenance and assist with installations and site surveys Serve as the primary customer contact for service-related issues, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner Support team members and assist at other locations as needed Travel within the assigned service area and occasionally beyond as business needs require What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred 1+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing role Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable working onsite, using tools, and being on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally Keys to Success Strong customer focus—leaving every site visit with the customer confident in their equipment Accountability and attention to detail in service reporting and inventory tracking Adaptability in a changing environment with shifting priorities and schedules Effective communication and teamwork across internal teams and customer sites Willingness to learn and grow within a structured, tiered advancement path

For this role, the starting compensation range is $46,530k - $63,975k, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
