Manager, R&D FP&A

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Manager, R&D FP&A to provide financial leadership and decision support for R&D enabling functions, including the CTO, CMO, and Global Regulatory Affairs offices. The role focuses on developing financial plans, evaluating investments, and delivering insights to support innovation strategy and capital allocation governance.

Responsibilities

Partner with CTO, CMO, and GRA leadership on long-range planning, annual operating plans, and forecasts
Lead financial support including monthly/quarterly variance analysis, trend monitoring, and executive reporting
Support monthly and quarterly close process with accurate accruals and actual versus budget reporting
Develop enterprise innovation pipeline analytics models and dashboards for R&D investment visibility
Own financial modeling and business case development applying consistent methodologies across R&D investments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred
3-7+ years of FP&A, Finance, or related financial roles
Experience supporting R&D, life sciences, or regulated environments strongly preferred
Strong financial modeling skills and business case development experience
Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate actionable insights
Advanced Excel proficiency; OneStream experience a plus
Success in cross-functional, matrixed organizations influencing senior stakeholders

Compensation: $109,250-$149,500 USD base salary
