Our headquarters is located at 151 Dixon Avenue, Amityville, NY, and is an upscale and professional building.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSTrain employees- Janitorial and administrative tasks.Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts. Submit and deliver supplies as needed.On-Call for emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends.Screening for new Custodial Technicians.Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage.Manage employee callouts.Corresponding with Custodial Technicians.Report accidents/injury.Address and resolve any employee performance issues - Identify and retrain as seen or directed.Job Description:Train employees- Janitorial and administrative tasks.Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts.
