We are looking for a skilled and dependable  Ford F550 Dump Truck Driver who enjoys working outdoors and wants to be part of a crew building premium outdoor spaces.

Position Overview

The Equipment Operator plays a key role in our landscaping and hardscape construction projects. This position is responsible for operating and loading light equipment such as  skid loaders and mini excavators to perform  excavation, grading, and site preparation for pools, patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, and other outdoor living features.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur License Required. 
• Operate and load skid loaders, mini excavators, and other light equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform grading, base preparation, footings, backfill, and concrete prep
• Assist with drainage installation and site utilities
• Support landscape installation crews, including work around trees, plantings, and hardscapes
• Maintain equipment and perform daily inspections
• Work closely with crew leads to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Must have a Valid  Chauffeur’s License or be willing to get one (required) (will be driving box truck or transit van)
• Proven experience operating skid loaders and mini excavators
• Strong background in grading, base prep, concrete prep, and backfill
• Experience with landscaping and landscape installation projects
• Knowledge of drainage systems and site preparation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Work Environment

• On Site-based role with frequent communication with field personnel
• Fast-paced setting with shifting priorities and deadlines
• Early morning starts may be required to support field operations
