Together, we'll deliver high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients and achieve great things.What You'll Do As the Rotating Warehouse Lead, you will oversee and support day-to-day warehouse operations for the morning shift, ensuring efficient material handling, team coordination, and operational accuracy. Your role will be hands-on, leading by example, operating equipment safely, and maintaining clear communication with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members. You will play a key role in upholding our safety standards and workflow efficiency.Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Team CoordinationLead warehouse associates in daily tasks, primarily in the cooler, including receiving, storage, staging, and order pickingAssign work, provide direction, and monitor task completion to ensure productivityCollaborate with supervisors to support operational goals and staffing needsAssist in onboarding and training new team membersEquipment & SafetySafely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipmentConduct equipment checks and enforce safety protocolsPromote a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environmentCommunication & Bilingual LeadershipCommunicate effectively with team members in both English and SpanishRelay instructions and operational updates clearly across shifts and departmentsFoster a culture of accountability, respect, and inclusivityInventory & AccuracySupport accurate order picking and inventory countsIdentify and report discrepancies or inefficiencies in real timeAssist with basic data entry and documentation when neededQualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience in a lead or senior associate roleProven forklift experience and certification (required)Ability to pass an on-site assessmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shiftStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in cold storage or refrigerated environmentsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingJob Type : Full-time
