We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and able to accurately manage information in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company systems and databases 
• Review information for accuracy and completeness 
• Maintain organized digital and physical records 
• Assist with filing, scanning, and document management 
• Respond to emails and support administrative tasks as needed 
• Maintain confidentiality of company information 

Qualifications

• Previous data entry or office experience preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, POS and email. 
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately 
• Strong organizational and communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 

Schedule

• Full-time / Part-time available 
• Monday–Saturday schedule
