Palliative Care RN: Holistic Patient & Family Support

North Oaks Medical Center

North Oaks Health System in Hammond, LA is seeking a Palliative Care RN to lead daily operations of the program within the hospital. You will coordinate care, assess needs, and educate patients and families on palliative and hospice options.

The role requires a BSN or higher, LA RN licensure, and 3+ years of nursing experience in acute or hospice settings. Certification in palliative care is preferred or pursued within 18 months of hire.
