Business Program Manager

Driving operational excellence across the Microsoft Unified and Consulting Services portfolio, the full-time Business Program Manager will generate actionable insights, support data-driven actions, and partner with stakeholders to enhance sales execution and business outcomes. Key responsibilities Partner with leaders to drive programs that accelerate revenue reliability, growth, and accuracy aligned with MCEM standards and AI motions Optimize sales strategies and processes to drive sustainable growth and improve sales performance through effective insights translation Support execution of planning activities in collaboration with segment and operational leadership to enhance account planning and Go to Market motions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement Sound knowledge of financial and sales processes, scorecards, and key performance indicators used across Microsoft Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint, with an aptitude for handling complex data Experience in designing and improving reporting processes and data models for new and evolving business scenarios Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
