Operations Program Manager

As a Subject Matter Functional Expert in Operations Program Management, the full-time remote Operations Program Manager will manage branch operations, ensure optimal utilization of Oracle IBS tools, and support initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Key responsibilities Lead initiatives to drive consistency in Oracle IBS tool functionality and act as a liaison between business units Develop training materials, analyze workflows, and communicate operational updates to enhance operational effectiveness Leverage Oracle-based tools for project activities and ensure smooth technical operations through testing and evaluation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in Business is strongly preferred At least five years of program management experience with expertise in contracts, billing, and revenue recognition Proven proficiency with Oracle tools and experience in change management
