The Program Operations Manager oversees fiscal activities, federal and state monitoring, procurement, travel, and data systems for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development's Talent Development team, with primary focus on WIOA Title II federal requirements. The role supervises operational staff and leads on state and federal policy implementation while managing budgets, compliance, and employee development to support Indiana's workforce initiatives.
