We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator / Purchase Order Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in accounting or bookkeeping who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain purchase order (PO) documentation.
- Process purchase order (PO) entries accurately and efficiently.
- Enter customer orders into the company's system.
- Coordinate shipments and logistics with freight forwarders.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Maintain organized records and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Experience with purchase orders, order entry, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a team-oriented office environment.
- Competitive starting pay of $25.00 per hour
