Responsibilities Full Cycle Recruiters will embed directly with clients and own multiple requisitions and placing top talent. They will focus on: Job Description Creation Hiring Team Kick-Off Calls Create/lead sourcing plan with sourcers and coordinators Sourcing/Candidate disposition TA screening Candidate interview prep calls Data and process updates to provide overall for the hiring manager/team of the hiring process Candidate interview wrap-up calls Hiring team debrief Rejection feedback calls Offer creation, presentation and negotiations Qualifications Experience Requirements: 4+ years of experience in agency or start up environments Experience in working on technical and purple squirrel roles Experience in using ATS(Preferably Lever or Greenhouse) Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other technology sourcing platforms(SeekOut, HireEZ, etc.) Experience in offer negotiations, preferably offers that involve equity Strong understanding of requirement gathering and working with fast paced hiring managers Ability to quickly adapt to changes Ability to lead more junior members in sourcing, process implementation and working with hiring teams.
