What You'll Do

• Responsible for sterilizing and processing surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Operate sterilizers, Sterrad machines, ultrasonic cleaners, and related equipment
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control standards and protocols
• Document sterilization procedures accurately in CensiTrac system
• Assist surgical staff with sterile processing needs
• Ensure all sterilized equipment is ready and available for surgical procedures
• Comply with hospital policies and safety regulations

What You Need

Required:

• Valid CRCST or CSPDT certification
• Minimum 3 years of hospital experience (Level I or II)
• Proven experience with CensiTrac system and sterilization equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

Preferred:

• Experience with sterilizers, Sterrad, ultrasonic cleaning, and related surgical equipment
