Inventory & Production Counting Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Production Counting Associate to assist with inventory control and production operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Count, verify, and record inventory and production materials accurately.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect materials for quantity, quality, and proper labeling.
• Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse or production area.
• Use a pallet jack to move materials and products as needed.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and staging materials.
• Compare physical inventory to system records and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count materials.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic required.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE)
