Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead a high-performance management team. Recruit, train, and nurture talent for future opportunities. Manage daily operations to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction. Foster a positive and fun work culture aligned with Zaxby’s core values. Monitor business performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience. Ability to work 45-55 hours per week.
