Environmental & Natural Resources Attorney (6-8 yrs.) - Multiple California Offices

Our client is seeking an attorney with 6–8 years of experience in environmental law, with a focus on water law, environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, and related matters. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, along with hands‑on experience across all phases of environmental, toxic tort, and habitability litigation. This includes case management, motion practice, discovery, and participation in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Qualified candidates will have experience with some or all of the following: Clean Water Act, Porter‑Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Endangered Species Act, CERCLA, RCRA, state voluntary cleanup programs, CEQA, NEPA, and water rights. Experience with land use matters is a plus.
