Business Development Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 50,000.00 / annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

Business Development Manager Essential Functions:

• Prospect and secure new client partnerships within an assigned territory.
• Spend 60–75% of time in the field prospecting and meeting decision-makers in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and light-industrial businesses.
• Build pipeline through cold calls, field visits, networking, referrals, email, and other outbound methods.
• Conduct discovery meetings to identify workforce needs and present staffing solutions.
• Manage territory strategy, sales activity, proposals, negotiations, and closing.

Business Development Manager Qualifications:

• Outside B2B, business development, or territory sales experience with proven new-business success.
• Strong hunter mentality and confidence with cold calling and in-person prospecting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
