The RDKB is currently seeking applications to fill a permanent, full-time Asset Manager position in Trail, BC. Reporting to the General Manager of Finance/CFO, the Asset Manager will be responsible for supporting the financial sustainability and long-term strategic asset management planning through infrastructure financial planning, long-term capital budgeting, reserve management, financial analysis, and corporate financial operations. The preferred qualifications, experience and training to be considered for this opportunity are the following: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related discipline related to the delivery of asset management Relevant professional training in asset management, such as Asset Management Professional program, Certified Asset Management Assessor credential or equivalent postgraduate training is considered an asset 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, or program management, including 3+ years leading capital asset management programs in a public or municipal environment A suitable combination of education and experience relevant to the position may also be considered Valid Class 5 BC Driver's license Satisfactory Criminal Record Check Position Information Status: Full Time Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 35-37.5 hours per week (winter/summer schedule) Compensation: $122,407/year The RDKB is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
