Print OperatorPosition Summary: The Print Operator is responsible for operating printing equipment used to print labels and information onto tape products. This position involves moving reels, loading materials into the equipment, monitoring the printing process, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate printing equipment to apply labels, markings, and other information onto tape.Move and position reels of tape and other production materials.Load and unload reels onto printing equipment.Set up and monitor machines according to production specifications.Inspect printed tape for quality, accuracy, and proper alignment.Make basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.Keep the work area clean and organized.Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or material shortages to the supervisor.Complete production paperwork and documentation as required.Perform other general production duties as assigned.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to frequently bend, reach, and lift.Ability to move reels and production materials safely.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.QualificationsManufacturing or machine-operating experience is preferred but not required.Previous printing, production, or machine operation experience is a plus.Must be dependable and have good attendance.Must be able to follow safety and quality procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
